Gadgets Xperts – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Cost (Standard)

We currently do not offer international shipping, and delivery is available throughout New Zealand only.

Our local delivery partner is CourierPost.

  • Auckland area: $8.00 NZD (including GST) per order

  • Outside Auckland: $9.20 NZD (including GST) per order


Delivery Times

Once your order is processed and verified, our system will automatically send you an email with your order number for easy tracking and future reference.

All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched by our warehouse team.

  • Orders placed before 2 pm (weekdays) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 pm are shipped the following business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You can normally expect to receive your package within 1–2 days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • During peak periods, orders may experience delays.

  • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Gadgets Xperts cannot control courier delays caused by third parties.
    We will, however, work closely with our courier partner to help track and resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.


Check Order Status

Tracking your order with Gadgets Xperts is simple and convenient:

  1. Register or Log In:
    You must be logged into your account to track orders.
    If you haven’t registered yet, click “Register” in the top-right corner of our website.
    Please note that guest orders cannot be tracked.

  2. Order Status Definitions:

    • Order Placed: We’ve received your order and it’s in our system. Changes can be made until processing begins.

    • Order in Progress: Your order is being prepared. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for shipment.

    • Preparing to Ship: Final details are being completed before dispatch. No further changes can be made.

    • Shipped: Your package has been dispatched. You can track it using the provided tracking code.

    • Waiting for Pickup: For “Pick Up” orders, this status means your payment has been confirmed and your order is ready.

    • Picked Up: Your order has been collected.

    • Charge Changes: If there are adjustments to product or shipping costs, your status will show “Charge Changes,” and our customer service team will contact you to resolve it.


Gadgets Xperts – Return & Warranty Policy

Returns (Change of Mind)

  • Within 7 days of purchase: 100% credit if unused and in resalable condition (original packaging intact, no damage or missing parts).

  • 7 days – 6 weeks: 80% credit (unused, resalable condition).

  • 6 weeks – 3 months: 50% credit (unused, resalable condition).

  • After 3 months: No credit.


Faulty Products

If your product is faulty, please report within 7 days of delivery for full credit or replacement.
Follow brand-specific return instructions where applicable.


Conditions

  • All returns require prior approval – please contact us to request a Return Authorization.

  • Returned items will be tested and verified before credit is issued.

  • Products must be undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition.
    (Opened packaging is acceptable if the item is unused.)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Credits exclude original shipping charges. Final eligibility will be determined after product inspection.
